Features: The envelope is white with black ink on two sides and a Purple bar with a lick-and-stick opening. It has a tumble-down orientation for easy stuffing.

Once approved, and for any envelopes purchased thereafter, there is an approximate two-week allotted time for printing and shipping those envelopes. The envelopes were too small to easily accommodate the secrecy envelope, ballot, and instructions. The end of the secrecy envelope had to be folded over, so it would fit. There was too much voter information printed on the outside, which forced the printing to be too small to easily be read.

Apologies for the difference in size. The Absent Voter Instructions (FM-506) are specially sized for the Absent Voter Return Envelopes (FM-504 Purple); if utilizing another vendor variation of the instructions, they may not fit properly.

All of our Absent Voter Instructions (FM-506) will fit inside any Absent Voter Return Envelope, regardless of vendor. And we are more than happy to assist you in obtaining the correct product. A sales representative has reached out to discuss your needs further.
