Shipping & Delivery

All items will be shipped via UPS or USPS, depending on the customer’s selection at the time of checkout. We reserve the right to use another carrier if none is specified, or if the product is too large or heavy for the selected carrier. UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes; a physical delivery address is required to proceed with the order.

Most items will be shipped within 1-5 business days of order placement. A small percentage of items may require longer shipping times. Our standard shipping method is ground shipping.

Expedited shipping is available upon customer request or specified at checkout. The customer will be responsible for all expedited shipping and handling charges. Some items sold cannot be expedited. Next day, 2-day, and 3-day air shipping options are available. Expedited shipping is not available for items being shipped to P.O. Boxes. Expedited shipping pertains solely to the method of delivery, not the order processing system. If customers want their orders shipped immediately, they must call the office to request a "rush order" for an extra fee.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you once the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. Your credit card or PayPal account will be charged at the time the order is placed. Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express gift cards and / or credit card gift cards.

Return Policy

Returns must be initiated within a 30-day period and must include proof of purchase, such as the sales order or packing list associated with the transaction.  

Items intended for return must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging to be accepted. Please note that certain restrictions apply to returns, particularly for custom signs, imprinted envelopes, and other specified items. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be paid by the customer returning the items.

 Before returning any items, please contact MC&E, Inc. / ElectionSource first. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges applied to the order. Returns must be shipped prepaid; we do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery). If a credit card was used for the order and items are returned, the customer will be responsible for a credit card refund fee of $24.99.

 Cancellations made before items ship are subject to a 3.5% processing fee, calculated based on the total amount of items ordered. Order cancellations will only be accepted if received before shipment occurs. Once the shipment is made, the return policy will be in effect. If the customer refuses the shipment, the return policy will still apply.
