Refund policy

Returns must be initiated within a 60-day period and must include proof of purchase, such as the sales order or packing list associated with the transaction.  

Items intended for return must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging to be accepted. Please note that certain restrictions apply to returns, particularly for custom signs, imprinted envelopes, and other specified items. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which the customer will be responsible for paying when returning the items.

Before returning any items, please contact MC&E, Inc. / ElectionSource first. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges applied to the order. Returns must be shipped prepaid; we do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery). If a credit card was used for the order and the items are returned, the customer will be responsible for a refund fee of $24.99 to their credit card.

Cancellations made before items ship are subject to a 3.5% processing fee, calculated based on the total amount of items ordered. Order cancellations will only be accepted if received before the shipment has occurred. Once the shipment is made, the return policy will be in effect. If the customer refuses the shipment, the return policy will still apply.
